SUMMA aims to operationalise sustainable mobility and transport,
and to assess the performance of policy measures with respect to economic,
environmental and social sustainability.
SUMMA helps policy makers to develop more efficient and effective
transport policies that cater to the need for mobility
while reducing transport's adverse impacts to acceptable levels.
